Parker has a smaller, slender yet athletic frame that somewhat resembles Greg Peavey from the Pacific Northwest. Like Peavey, Parker also stars as a hitter, and shows good command of a low-90s fastball that touches 95 and a nasty slider that gives him a powerful one-two punch. Given his frame, he has plenty of projectability as he continues to mature and fill out his frame. His pitched for Team USA last summer, and has committed to play for Georgia Tech, which may make him a relatively tough sign.
