Nice batch of minor leaguers here - surely a few will make their mark in baseball history. Use the Internet to learn about the history of baseball, from baseball drafts to baseball drills.

  Power 50
+/- Rank  Name  Level  Pos  Age
 01 Neugebauer, Nick   A   SP 39 R R
The Brewers will soon be coming to a choice of whether to leave Nuke on the DL or play him in Milwaukee
 02 Hendrickson, Ben   MLB   SP 38 R R
Walk and strikeout numbers are still kind of cruddy, but you still can't argue with the ERA
 03 Nelson, Brad   A   1B 36 L R
Now holds the Brewers minor league record for doubles, and those will turn into home runs down the road
1  04 Krynzel, Dave   MLB   CF 38 L L
Is now not walking too much again for some reason, though stolen bases have been more consistent
1  05 Jones, Mike   A   MR 36 R R
Almost back to being among the league leaders in ERA, and Mike is finishing the season strong
2  06 Fielder, Prince   A   1B 35 L R
Prince has probably just worn down after playing since the high school baseball season began
 07 Parra, Manny   A   MR 37 L L
The Brewers are still having Parra focus on his fastball, which is why his numbers are inflated
1  08 Hardy, J.J.   MLB   SS 37 R R
JJ seems to be adjusting to AA pitching after going through a pretty bad slump for a few weeks
1  09 Diggins, Ben   A   MR 40 R R
We know he isn't quite this good, but how good does the Houston trade look for the Brewers?
2  10 Hart, Corey   A   OF 37 R R
The errors have gone from bad to worse since the promotion to Huntsville
 11 Yeatman, Matt   A   MR 37 R R
Just can't quite stay healthy here as the season rolls to an end
1  12 Deardorff, Jeff   A   LF 41 R R
Jeff just needs to get that batting average up a little more
1  13 Belcher, Jason   A   RF 37 L R
Has turned into a walk machine this year, and may be poised for a big season in High Desert
 14 Murray, Josh   A   3B 35 R R
Errors and strikeouts should both be fixable, eventually
2  15 Martinez, Luis   MLB   SP 39 L L
The Brewers might try to throw Luis into a closer's role next season
 16 Clark, D.J.   A   LF 40 L R
DJ is all but ticketed for Huntsville in 2003, but if he was struggling to make contact in High Desert, it might be interesting
2  17 Hall, Billy   MLB   3B 39 R R
It's said that Bill has made progress since the beginning of the season, but it's hard to see statistically
1  18 Gold, J.M.   A   SP 39 R R
Maybe JM should try throwing with his left land
2  20 Stewart, Paul   A   MR 41 R R
Not finishing the season very strongly, though enough progress has obviously been made to re-add Paul to the 40-man
1  21 Chavez, Ozzie   A   IF 36 S R
The level of walks has come back down a little... Ozzie needs to remain consistent at the plate
3  22 Pember, David   A   SP 41 S R
With a strong final start and some luck could win the Southern League ERA title
2  23 Thomas, Eric M.   A   SP 38 R R
Since those two excellent relief appearances, Mega has given back some ground
2  24 Carpenter, Calvin   A   SP 37 R R
Still most famous for being the other pitcher in Colt Griffin's breakout game, but Cal is doing better than Colt thus far
2  25 Johnson, Kade   A   C 41 R R
Outfield defense is still lacking a bit, and probably will never be anything more than average
1  26 Alfonzo, Elie   A   C 40 R R
Elie needs to stand in front of a pitching machine and just take pitches for an hour to see what it feels like
3  27 Plasencia, Francisco   A   CF 35 L L
Francisco needs to add a ton of upper body strength before short season ball next year
2  28 Ballouli, Khalid   A   SP 39 R R
As long as Khalid keeps the ball in the zone, the Brewers will worry about all the hits allowed later
 29 Mieses, Jose   A   SP 42 R R
That about wraps things up for this wasted season
2  30 Guerrero, Cristian   MLB   RF 39 R R
Next season will likely be the make or break season for Cristian
1  31 Scarborough, Steve   A   SS 41 R R
Defense has been this side of hideous since the return to Huntsville
1  32 Scott, Bill   A   1B 40 R R
If healthy, Bill should be playing every day next season, finally
 33 Childers, Matt   A   MR 41 R R
First taste of the majors didn't go so well, but he'll be back
1  34 Steitz, Jon   A   MR 39 R R
Showing some slight signs of turning things around
1  35 Ramirez, Manny   A   1B 37 R R
Defense is questionable, but he can hit, so who cares?
1  36 Villanueva, Froilan   A   C 41 R R
Seems to hit better when he isn't catching, so the lobbying starts now for Froilan at third in High Desert in 2003
3  37 Artman, Dane   A   SP 37 L L
One step forwards, two steps back
1  38 Ramirez, Carlos   A   SP 35 L L
Would be better if there were more strikeouts, but we still love him
1  39 Oakes, Gerry   A   SP 37 R R
It'll come down to the final week for the worst BB:K ratio race between Oakes and Maysonet
 40 Richardson, Judd   A   SP 39 L R
Can't be pitching totally healthy if he's allowing these kinds of numbers in rookie ball
4  41 Zoccolillo, Peter   AAA   RF 42 L R
If Pete isn't starting in Indianapolis next season, it will be a big shame
1  42 Osting, Jimmy   A   SP 42 R L
Not blowing anyone's socks off with the Brewers, but at least he's getting the shot
1  43 Melo, Manuel   A   CF 38 R R
The Brewers love speed, so Manuel should be promoted regardless of deservedness
4  44 Moss, Steve   A   CF 35 R R
With a strong spring, Steve might be able to get onto the Beloit roster
new  48 Breslow, Craig   A   MR 39 L L
Yes, he's a middle reliever, but he is capable of starting, and should get the chance if he keeps on pitching like this
new  49 Hunt, Stephen   A   RF 38 L R
Arizona's Steve #2 has been just mashing and is another guys that could skip Ogden
new  50 Hall, Dan   A   SP 40 R R
If Dan were about 2 years younger, he'd be much higher, but it's hard to ignore an 11-3 record and a low 3 ERA

Players removed this week: Callix Crabbe... Bo Hall... Mario Mendez... Ralph Santana... Tony Stavros... Edwin Walker...
